The four routine coagulation tests PT, APTT, TT and FIB are necessary experiments before surgery to accurately evaluate the patient’s coagulation status and determine whether it is appropriate for surgery, the APTT PT TT FIB test was carried out by doing the 4 tests in only a single strip, which can gives results in only 5 minutes.

It is used on the platform of the portable coagulation analyzer UD-C100, which uses the advanced microfluidic technology and electrochemical method. no calibration or instrument manipulation needed, has built-in barcode scanner, support fingertip peripheral blood, anticoagulation whole blood and non-anticoagulation whole blood.

Portable coagulation analyzer UD-C100 can calculate the prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) content of the sample through the reaction process of samples in the determined area of the APTT PT TT FIB test strip, the results will be shown on the screen.

There are 2 specifications of the package for APTT TT FIB test strip, one is 20 tests/kit, another is 40 tests/kit. The conditions of storage is 2℃ ~ 40℃, effective for 12 months.

The reference results for the tests are:

PT: 9 ~ 15 s; INR: 0.7 ~ 1.4; APTT: 22 ~ 40 s;

TT: 12 ~ 24 s; FIB: 2 ~ 4 g/L.
