Ⅰ. Equipment Characteristics

3. CCD camera and special optical zoom lens. Customized special industrial high-definition CCD camera with special optical zoom lens can make the measurement accurate, quickly locate the target, and improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy.
4. CNC full closed-loop servo control system. Adopting high-performance four-axis CNC full closed-loop servo control system, high-speed operation is more stable.
5. LED cold light source. Program-controlled constant current drive type eight-partition LED surface cold light source and LED contour cold light source can be equipped with coaxial light source. It can adapt to complex workpiece measurement and make the boundary clearer.
7. Using grating ruler technology, the grating expands linearly when the temperature changes, and the accuracy is corrected by software, thus ensuring good accuracy and repeatability.
8. The polished rod transmission system is developed and patented by the company itself, and combined with the anti-dislocation cross guide rail which can be controlled in both directions, it can greatly reduce the running noise of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine.
9. Powerful measurement software. Supporting industry-leading Inspect3D measurement software with simple interface, powerful functions and easy operation. Competent for the accurate measurement of almost all geometric elements, seamless interface with CAD data, and the measurement results can be exported to various format reports.
