The PPGI Steel with Flower uses domestic technology and advanced equipment to first galvanise steel coils and then undergo multi-stage degreasing, cleaning and chemical transformation, followed by continuous and fine painting, and finally baked with an advanced curing oven to produce a building material. Its surface is cured and has excellent decorative, moulding, corrosion and weathering resistance, and can be widely used in everyday life, such as furniture, wardrobes and lockers, with many advantages of low cost and durability.

Features

The zinc coating of our PPGI Steel with Flower protects the internal steel components and even if the coating wears off and the steel coil is exposed, the zinc coating still provides good corrosion protection. When the steel coil comes into contact with any water or oxygen, the zinc coating provides cushioning protection against damage to the coil, including the sharp corners and grooved parts of the coil material. In addition, our products are resistant to high temperatures and can be used in environments up to 392°F, although use at temperatures above this level can cause the zinc layer to flake off.
